that provide non-medical home care services
for clients in their homes.Home Care Services
usually include assistance with basic grooming
and dressing, light meal preparation and
cleaning, running errands to the grocery store,
pharmacy or doctors office.
There are also Companionship Services which
may provide assistance with typical household
chores while offering mental stimulation and interaction.
Home Helper / Homemaking Services will
assist with home organization, errands and
many housekeeping tasks.

Home Health Care
Home Health Care services provide medical
assistance to patients in their own home.
Medical assistance can include disease and
pain management, wound care, physical,
occupational and speech therapies as well
as infusion therapy just to name a few.
These services are provided by both nurses

Hospice & Palliative Care
Hospice Care Services can become involved
with a client when a physician feels that a
patient has a terminal diagnosis. A terminal
diagnosis can range from cancer and end
stage renal disease to advanced dementia.
Palliative Care Services are available for
clients who have chronic medical problems
but do not necessarily have a terminal
diagnosis. These services can help patients
dealing with chronic pain and and even wound
care. The goal of Palliative Care is to minimize
pain or discomfort
