About Us

REACH was established in October 2007 by Senior Care providers in Rowan County. We are comprised of Health Care Professionals including Nurses, Therapists, Social Workers, Marketing Professionals and Administrators.

Our goal is to provide education about services available for the elderly & disabled in our community. In addition, the members of REACH act as advocates to support and promote needs of those we serve including guidance through the fast growing selection of Senior Services. Our intent is to educate groups and individuals but we are also hoping to invite other members in the community to help expand the amount of services and information that is readily available.

Company History

REACH was initiated by Harriet Boner, Geriatric Specialist, in an effort to utilize Senior Care providers in the community as referral sources.

In her position as the Director

of Admissions & Marketing in a Skilled Nursing Facility, she realized the need to strengthen relationships with other Nursing Facilities, Assisted Livings,

Home Health Agencies & Hospices.

These relationships will help anyone in the healthcare system to transition to the highest level of independence attainable or recieve the most personal care available.

How can we help you?

Many families have never had to make decisions about health care for themselves and their loved ones. By providing simple information focused specifically on our community, it can help ease the strain that comes with both illness and caregiving for an ill loved one.

As volunteers, we would like to extend ourselves into the community to provide group and individual information about what Senior Care Services are available in Rowan County.
